"The conversations that change you. The rituals that ground you. The stories that outlast you."

One house.
Three expressions.

the house of bianca is a multi-disciplinary lifestyle brand built around a single conviction: that a life lived with intention and alignment is a life lived well. One master brand. Three distinct expressions. Each complete in itself — together, something genuinely rare.

"Replacing destruction with intentional ceremony.
That is what this house is built on."

Mentor With Bianca
Body. Mind. Soul.

A place to be deeply seen, supported, and gently guided through recovery.

This is mentorship for women who are ready to move forward — to rewrite the narrative they hold about themselves, their bodies, and their capacity to heal and thrive. At the heart of my work is eating disorder recovery, held alongside body image, co-existing neurodivergence, and the deeper layers that so often sit beneath it.

Memoir
returning home
story. truth. survival.

A literary memoir retelling a journey to the edge and back — with candour, grace, and the kind of truth that only comes from having moved through something and chosen to return. Woven throughout are the complementary therapies, practical toolkits, and journal pieces that mapped the way home.

I know what it feels like to have your voice removed. To be terrified and misunderstood. To be treated like a diagnosis instead of a person — and to feel so alone, so confused, so completely disconnected from yourself. To experience the physical and mental anguish, and the deep isolation that I did. To feel unseen, not heard, like nobody around you could possibly understand what you're experiencing, or relate to the world you're trying to survive in.

02
Holistic Healing Integration
Understanding yourself beyond behaviour and symptoms — into the deeper system underneath it.

Healing begins when we stop asking, "What is wrong with me?" We begin separating ourselves from the illness, recognising that it is something we experience, not who we are, and move beyond band-aid approaches that treat symptoms alone, so we can understand and heal the deeper roots from which they emerged — and the interconnecting patterns of mind, body, emotions, and lived experience that are contributing to what we see on the surface.

Together, we explore a whole-person approach that honours the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, weaving complementary therapeutic practices into your journey to support meaningful, lasting healing.

Support for Loved Ones & Family
From confusion, fear and helplessness into grounded understanding and presence.

Healing rarely happens in isolation.

Dedicated sessions for parents, partners, family members, and loved ones supporting someone through eating disorder recovery, sobriety, or other mental health challenges.

A space to better understand what your loved one is experiencing, ask the questions that often go unanswered, and learn how to communicate with and support them with greater confidence — without losing yourself in the process.

04
Resources & Ongoing Support
Support that continues beyond the moments that matter most.

Healing doesn't begin and end within a scheduled session.

Personalised resources, reflections, and practical tools designed to strengthen your journey — alongside thoughtful check-ins and ongoing support when you need it most.

Where helpful and accepted, I also work collaboratively with further complementary therapists to ensure your support feels joined-up, consistent, and aligned with your wider healing journey.

Because some of the biggest moments of growth happen in between.

Journey With Me —
Private Mentorship.

My approach considers the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — because treating the surface is only ever a band-aid fix. I draw on years of lived experience, self-study, and professional practice, not theory alone, and never a one-size-fits-all plan.

I navigated recovery in systems built to manage symptoms, not the experience beneath them. I built this practice for the support I needed but didn't receive — care that looks deeper, stays present, and holds the whole person.

As a companion, sister, and mentor, I walk alongside you — relational, human, deeply attuned.

Recovery is rarely a solitary path. Alongside individual support, I also hold space for loved ones and family, recognising that healing touches everyone connected to the person in recovery.

While I can't change my past, I can support a different future for you — one that feels more supported, more understood, and more human.

Returning
Home.

a memoir, a guide

At twenty-five, she was fighting to stay alive, losing herself to the illness that was trying to take her life. Eight years later, Returning Home is the story of reclaiming the woman she always was, and more.

This is not a memoir about anorexia. It is a memoir about the body as battleground, the self as something worth fighting for, and the long, non-linear road back home. Written in fragments — the way truth actually arrives — it moves through trauma, neurodivergence, the failures of a system built on numbers rather than people, and the alternative therapies that did what clinical treatment could not.

It is for the woman in the middle of it. For the one rebuilding. For the mother who doesn't know how to reach her daughter. For the professional who senses something clinical training never taught. For the girl who hasn't gotten there yet.

Not quite a memoir. Not quite a self-help book. A diamond of both.

Below are writing snippets — words from the heart, shared as they come. Unpolished, unfiltered, and entirely real. These are not finished chapters. They are the fragments that surface when you are in the middle of writing something that matters.

The full memoir, Returning Home, tells the story of a woman who went to the edge of herself and chose to come back. These pieces live here in the meantime — as proof that the story is being told.
